Compensation:

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and physician referrals
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, balance, and pain management
- Establish measurable goals and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, treatment notes, re-evaluations, and discharge documentation accurately and on time
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain compliant documentation according to state regulations and payer guidelines
- Promote patient safety and maintain a clean treatment environment
- Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
- Foster positive patient relationships and contribute to a patient-centered culture
